Terms
Make the shot. Respect the people in it.
These terms set simple expectations for consent, content ownership, responsible use, and service availability.
Effective August 26, 2026
Using LarpCam
You may use LarpCam to coordinate consensual photography sessions. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone being filmed or photographed understands the shoot and has given any permission required by applicable law.
Your photos and references
You retain your rights in photos and original reference images you provide. You grant LarpCam the limited permission needed to transmit, store, resize, and display that content solely to operate the service.
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Third-party services such as Pinterest remain governed by their own terms, and their content may have separate rights and attribution requirements.
Prohibited use
- Recording or photographing someone without required knowledge or consent.
- Sexual exploitation, harassment, stalking, threats, or other unlawful conduct.
- Attempting to access another user’s shoot, media, credentials, or account.
- Disrupting, reverse engineering, overloading, or abusing the service.
- Uploading illegal content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Availability and safety
Realtime video and uploads depend on the participating devices, browsers, networks, and service providers. LarpCam is provided on an “as available” basis. Keep an independent copy of photos you need; do not treat LarpCam as permanent archival storage.
Ending use
You may stop using LarpCam at any time and can delete the account and associated data from the app. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
