Delete your account and media.

Deletion permanently removes the private account, shoots, references, captured photos, and connected-service tokens associated with this installation.

Effective August 26, 2026

Delete from the app

  1. Open LarpCam on the director phone.
  2. Open Settings, then Privacy & Data.
  3. Choose “Delete account and data.”
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This is the most secure path because the app can prove ownership using the private session stored on that device.

What is deleted

  • The anonymous LarpCam account associated with the installation.
  • Shoot sessions and their metadata.
  • Uploaded pose references and captured photos.
  • Favorites and Pinterest connection tokens.

If the app is unavailable

Use Support from the original device. Because LarpCam does not require a name or email address, support may ask for a non-secret account identifier to locate the correct data. Never provide a QR key, signed photo URL, or access token.
